Area Manager

Role Summary:

Oversee daily operations, performance, and growth of multiple veterinary clinics within Pune, ensuring high standards of patient care, client experience, staff management, and financial performance across the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&L;, revenue targets, and cost control across all clinics in the area

• Ensure consistent clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with veterinary regulations

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinic managers and support staff. Support in recruitment of veterinary teams.

• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, and drive retention

• Coordinate inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across sites

• Implement company-wide SOPs and roll out current services/products at clinic level

• Analyze footfall, case volume, and revenue data; report insights to leadership

• Identify expansion opportunities (new locations, partnerships) within the city

• Ensure staff scheduling,



attendance, and payroll coordination across clinics

• Drive marketing/local outreach initiatives in coordination with HQ marketing team Requirements

• 5+ years in multi-unit retail/healthcare/veterinary operations management

• Strong people management and P&L; ownership experience

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel across clinic locations within the city

• Proficiency with basic reporting tools/POS/clinic management software

Position Overview

• Location: City Clinics on rotation

• Reporting To: Head Clinic Operations

• Work Timings: 9am - 6pm, 6 days working

• Week Off: Rotational during the week

• Industry: Healthcare / Veterinary Services
