- Manage and supervise service, maintenance and operational activities.
- Handle technicians and service staff.
- Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service agencies.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure safety procedures and discipline at the site.
- Handle manpower, work allocation and daily activity monitoring.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Experience in Army / Navy / Air Force technical or maintenance departments will be preferred.
