The Relationship Manager – Emerging Markets will be responsible for cultivating and expanding USGI's client base across high‑growth regions. This role replaces Deepak Malhotra (US6884) and must comply with USGI's policy of hiring only replacements for employees who left in FY 26‑27. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners in emerging market regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market analysis to inform client strategies.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with USGI legal and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior staff and share best practices.
- Represent USGI at industry events and conferences.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, International Relations or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relationship management within emerging markets.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in target markets.
- Experience working in a multinational corporate setting.
- Eligibility to be hired as a replacement for a FY 26‑27 departure (per USGI policy).
