Manager JD – CESB Project, Chhattisgarh

A typical Project Manager role would cover:

- Overall planning and execution of the assigned electrical/infrastructure project.

- Managing project schedule, manpower, materials, contractors and subcontractors.

- Coordination with CSEB, consultants and other stakeholders.

- Monitoring civil, electrical, erection, testing and commissioning activities, as applicable.

- Ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and contractual requirements.

- Tracking project progress against milestones and preparing MIS/progress reports.

- Cost control, quantity verification and monitoring of project expenditures.

- Managing procurement and ensuring timely availability of materials.

- Quality assurance and compliance with applicable electrical/safety standards.





- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, permits and site safety procedures.

- Identifying project risks, resolving site issues and escalating major delays/technical matters.

- Supervising engineers, supervisors, technicians and other site personnel.

- Reviewing contractor bills, measurements and work completion documentation.

- Conducting regular site meetings and coordinating corrective actions.

- Supporting testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out documentation.

Typical qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil or a relevant engineering discipline, depending on the project, with relevant project/site-management experienc
