Job Description
Responsible for proper receipt and storage of Finished goods materials as per cGMP norms.
Responsible for data entry in S4 HANA (SAP) & eWMS system.
Responsible for compliance of regulatory requirements as per cGMP norms.
- Responsible for receipt storage and handling of Finished Goods materials..
- Timely complete the preppartory work of Palletization and retrival of FG goods for dispatch.
- Responsible for correct data entry and handling of WMS program in SAP system.
- Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms.
- Responsible for disposal of rejected/Expiredand Write-off materials and its documentation.
- Responsible for coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production for smooth operation.
- Responsible for collect / deposit of cGMP documents and arrangement for submitting the same to QA department after completion.
- Responsible for handling, maintenance, verification and calibration of equipment’s/instruments in warehouse.
- Responsible for timely attend the trainings on cGMP documents and revised documents.
- Responsible to ensure EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) related activities to be completed on time and to support EHS activities as per the requirements.
- To ensure data integrity compliances at site and while performing activities.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of safety compliance at work place.
- Responsible to maintain positive hygiene, safety practices and cGMP practices.
