Documentation & Transaction Support
Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, hypothecation deeds, guarantee bonds, and co-lending contracts.
Standardize operational templates, vendor contracts, and branch lease agreements.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with structural finance and retail lending norms.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Advisory
Advise management on RBI Master Directions, Fair Practices Code, and KYC/AML guidelines.
Monitor regulatory updates impacting lending portfolios, digital lending norms, and data privacy.
Support internal audits, inspections, and statutory information requests.
3. Litigation & Recovery Management
Handle end-to-end civil and criminal litigation, including Section 138 (Cheque Bounce) cases and consumer forum disputes.
Drive debt recovery mechanisms such as SARFAESI proceedings, arbitration, and IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code) actions.
Coordinate with external panel counsels, advocates, and local collection agencies across regions.
