Plays a critical/lead role in coordination with Application team for creating test design framework as per RTM
1. Perform Manual Testing by designing, executing, and validating functional, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.

Conduct API Testing to validate request/response data, business logic, and integration between applications using tools like Postman.

Execute Database Testing by validating data integrity, backend processes, and SQL query results to ensure accurate application behavior.

2. Creates/updates Test Data for Automation Test cases

3. Performs SIT & UAT Test Execution and oversees the test execution of the Junior TE’s

4. Selects the applicable Regression Tests and Test cases suitable for automation considering automation selection criteria

5. Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA

6. Provides Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off.

8. Assists Team lead in driving testing best practices through regular knowledge sharing sessions

9. Documentation for Project Including Test Planning, Execution, Defect Reporting

10. Ensures regular communication with test lead on any issue that may impact quality, schedule, or budget of the project.

11. Manages timesheets of team/self and ensures accuracy of leave management, thus assisting TL in RMG related data

12. Coaches the teams and steps up whenever TL needs any knowledge, technology, process driven initiatives e.g., creation of SOP’s and managing the adherence.

13. Acts as module lead if project demands and becomes a part of solutions

14. Ensures the productivity measurement and enhancement of the team members, acting as a support to the Team Lead
