We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Payroll II to join our Payroll – People team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently by utilizing advanced payroll systems and software.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations by staying updated on legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and provide solutions to payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain detailed payroll records and reports to support internal audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.




- Provide training and support to junior payroll staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in payroll administration (e.g., CPP) is advantageous.
- Typically 3-4 years of experience.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
