- To Conduct shop floor Audits, Identification of Unsafe acts and conditions and work permits.
- Awareness training on safety concepts. (Firefighting training, Safety tool box talks, pep talks)
- Promoting safe practices at site.
- Ensuring daily work permits & PPE compliance.
- Knowledge on Fire Safety Equipment operation, maintenance/service. (Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant and Fire alarm system)
- Conducting periodical Safety committee meetings, work place monitoring's, mock drills & training...etc.
- Reporting of near misses, unsafe actions & unsafe conditions on regular basis.
- Knowledge on accident investigation.
- Knowledge on ISO 45001 & 14001 system requirements.
- Knowledge on HSE legal requirements.
- Managing certification audits and system audits including internal and external.
- Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
- IT- Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge on monthly HSE reporting (Safety, Workplace data).
