Requirements

- Develop a deep understanding of our philosophy, approach, and suite of services to effectively align client needs with tailored financial solutions
- Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles to design personalized financial plans based on their goals, risk appetite, and financial position
- Monitor the implementation and progress of financial plans, holding regular check-ins with clients to ensure alignment with the recommended strategy
- Verify, cross-check, and validate all financial plans to ensure they are comprehensive, realistic, and compliant
- Execute client servicing activities, offering ongoing support and resolving queries to enhance client satisfaction.
- Create and deliver nudges—timely reminders and communications—to encourage clients to take recommended financial actions
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
