We are seeking an experienced Epic BI Consultant to support a large-scale healthcare transformation initiative involving migration from Cerner to Epic.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare data systems, business intelligence, and reporting, with a robust understanding of Epics data model and reporting tools. This role will play a critical part in ensuring data continuity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights during and after the migration.Key Responsibilities:Lead BI and reporting workstreams during Cerner to Epic migration.Analyze existing Cerner reports, dashboards, and data structures; map them to Epic equivalents.Design, develop, and optimize reports using Epic tools such as:CogitoClarityCaboodleRadar dashboardsExperience with Snowflake as Data SourceCollaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation between Cerner and Epic systems.Develop data migration validation frameworks and audit reports.Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, data mappings, and report logic.Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving reporting capabilities post-migration.Mentor junior analysts and BI developers.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
