Role: Salesforce Education Architect

Duration: 3 Months || General Shift

Location: Remote

Engagement: 3 Months Contract (Extendable)

Rate: 1.7--1.8 L/month

No BGV here.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead customer discovery and requirement workshops independently

- Understand the institution’s student, academic and operational processes and translate them into Salesforce capabilities

- Define the initial solution blueprint, architecture and roadmap for the program

- Recommend the appropriate Salesforce Education ecosystem, including Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, integrations and automation, where relevant

- Define key processes around student lifecycle, admissions/enrollment, engagement, case management and portals

- Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams and implementation teams

- Produce high-level architecture,



solution design and workshop documentation to enable the subsequent implementation phase

Ideal Profile:

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong Solution/Enterprise Architecture exposure

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud / Higher Education implementations

- Solid customer-facing, discovery and workshop facilitation skills

- Ability to take ownership and operate with minimal supervision

- Experience designing large-scale Salesforce transformation programs is preferred

- Prior UAE/Middle East education sector experience would be an advantage
