Experienced IAM Architect / PAM Admin needed with strong hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server. The role combines architecture and administration responsibilities, including secret onboarding, template standardization, password and secret policy configuration, password rotation, RBAC, folder permissions, troubleshooting, and documentation.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement and administer Delinea Secret Server in a hybrid environmentRun workshops to gather requirements to onboard secrets.Assess use cases and determine the right onboarding and rotation approach for each account / asset typeDefine and standardize secret templatesConfigure and enforce Secret policiesImplement password rotation, including RPC-based rotation where applicableDesign and manage RBAC and folder permissionsTroubleshoot day-to-day Delinea issues and resolve configuration problemsMaintain configuration and operational documentationAdditional ResponsibilitiesEducationBachelor's Degree Computer Science or IT requiredWork Experience4+ years of experience in IAM / PAM with solid practical delivery and 2+ years experience in onboarding secrets to Delinea.Good working knowledge ofWindows Active Directory (AD accounts, local admin accounts, scheduled tasks and services)Linux logins via SSHAzure Entra ID Cloud platformPreferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPreferred knowlegde of SAP application user accountsAbility to support operational issues while also driving architectural improvementsStrong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCryptographic key-based credentials (SSH, APIs, Certificates, Tokens, etc.)License and CertificationsCISSP or any IAM/Security related certifications preferred.Travel Requirements10%: Up to 26 business days per yearPhysical RequirementsSedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
