Work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team on key business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the CRM/Relationship Management function end-to-end; build annual vision androadmapsLead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Management teamDrive client retention through strong relationship managementHandle high-stakes client escalations with maturity and discretionSet team targets, conduct performance reviews,



and track service qualityWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years in frontline/Key Account Management, with 2–3+ years leading a teamExperience with HNI/UHNI clientele or a premium/luxury service background (hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, etc.)Exceptional English communication and people skillsGenuine interest in health & longevityDetails? Location: Rangpuri, New Delhi — In office?
