Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly accomplished Principal (L6) to lead one of MathCo's delivery units focused. The person will be responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership, customer success, business growth, people leadership, and P&L; management.The Principal will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, drive strategic engagements, ensure excellence in delivery, and collaborate closely with Client Partners to expand relationships and create long-term value for customers.Your responsibilities will include:Delivery LeadershipOwn and oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple Analytics, AI, and Data Science engagements.Ensure high-quality execution, delivery governance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Drive program management excellence, risk mitigation, and proactive issue resolution.Establish delivery best practices, operational rigor, and continuous improvement frameworks.Lead large analytics organizations consisting of Data Scientists, Senior Data Scientists, Consultants, and Delivery ManagersCustomer Success & Executive Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain solid relationships with senior client stakeholders, particularly in the US market & act as a strategic advisorLead executive reviews, steering committee discussions, and strategic planning sessions.Drive customer success outcomes, ensuring measurable business impact and long-term partnerships.sessions.Business & P&L; OwnershipOwn the financial performance of the delivery unit, including revenue, margins, utilization, and profitability.Partner with Client Partners and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.Support account expansion strategies, renewals,



and new business pursuits.Ensure achievement of business goals and operational metrics.People LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across delivery, consulting, and analytics functions.Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching and succession planning.Drive employee engagement, talent development, and performance management.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and excellence.Strategic LeadershipContribute to MathCo's growth strategy across priority industry verticals.Leverage strong Analytics and Data Science expertise to influence client strategy and delivery innovation.Provide thought leadership around industry trends, AI adoption, analytics transformation, and operational excellence.Influence organizational capability building and delivery innovation initiatives.Significant experience managing large client portfolios,Required Skills and Experience15+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Data Science, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, or Technology Services.Proven experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.Demonstrated success in client-facing leadership roles with global customers, particularly US-based stakeholders.Strong foundational experience as a Data Scientist/Analytics Leader, with progression into Delivery Leadership rolesP&L; management experience with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Being a MathemagicianEmbody MathCo's culture and way of workingDemonstrate ownership and strive for excellence in delivering resultsActively engage and contribute to initiatives fostering company growthSupport diversity and appreciate different perspectives
