You'll design high-fidelity flows, build and maintain component libraries, and ensure every product we ship has consistency and intention behind its interface.What you'll actually do:Design high-fidelity interfaces and interaction patterns across projectsOwn and evolve our design systems — components, tokens, documentationAudit and improve UI consistency across the design team's workMentor 2–3 designers on UI thinking, accessibility, and component patternsPartner with product and engineering on handoff specs and implementation supportLead UI reviews and set standards for interaction qualityWho we're looking for:6–8 years designing user interfaces, ideally across multiple product typesA portfolio that shows your systems thinking and interaction craftDeep knowledge of:
