Location: Delhi NCR - Remote initially, transitioning to HybridCompany: The Designer Hype (TDH)Employment Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a WeekExperience: 1-3+ years preferredLocation Requirement: Delhi NCR-based candidates onlyAbout The Designer HypeThe Designer Hype (TDH) is a curated luxury fashion platform bringing together global luxury brands through an experience-led approach to retail.We are looking for a Tech & AI Executive to take ownership of our website, AI tools, chatbot, automations, integrations, and overall digital systems as the business grows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain TDH’s WordPress-based D2C website, including product uploads, backend updates, regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements.Review and improve website functionality, user journeys and flows, proactively suggesting ways to create a smoother customer experience.Manage and continuously improve TDH’s existing website chatbot, including conversation flows, responses, integrations, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities to make it more effective.Work with ChatGPT and other AI tools across business, operational, customer support, and content-related use cases.Work with AI image-generation/editing tools for e-commerce and product imagery requirements.Build and manage automations, integrations, APIs, AI bots,



and backend workflows across the business.Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and proactively suggest AI-led or technology-led solutions to improve them.Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and AI solutions that could help TDH operate and scale more efficiently.Coordinate with external developers and technical partners whenever required.What We’re Looking ForStrong hands-on WordPress knowledge is essential.Experience managing an e-commerce/D2C website.Strong understanding of AI tools, ChatGPT, chatbots, and AI-based workflows.Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, integrations, and backend systems.Robust general technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot independently.Someone who can proactively suggest what TDH can do better with technology and AI, rather than only executing assigned tasks.Curious, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable experimenting with new technologies.Must currently be based in Delhi NCR.Work ArrangementThe role will begin as work from home for the initial few months, with the possibility of transitioning into a hybrid setup in Delhi thereafter.To apply: Share your CV along with a brief introduction highlighting your experience with WordPress, e-commerce, AI tools, chatbots, automation, and technical systems on [email protected] .
