We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee electrical projects in Gurgaon, India. This role requires 1 to 2 years of experience and a background from an ITI program. The Site Supervisor will work full time from the office, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities include supervising electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating activities with subcontractors. The supervisor will also monitor project progress, conduct regular inspections, and assist with troubleshooting issues that may arise during installation. A solid understanding of electrical systems is essential in guiding the team effectively.

The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma or ITI certification in electrical work and should have excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary for reporting and documentation, and familiarity with electrical installation practices is highly valued.



Strong communication skills are required to liaise with various team members and stakeholders.

This position may involve fieldwork, requiring physical stamina as well as a valid driver's license for travel to and from job sites. Daily working hours will be established, with specific schedules communicated in advance. As part of this role, a laptop and mobile device will be provided to enhance job performance. Candidates should be prepared for any necessary documents and certifications related to electrical work.
