We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to join a growing real estate development company. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in property/real estate legal matters, documentation, compliance, and land/property due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review & vet Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, MoUs, NDAs & Joint Development Agreements

Handle land/property title verification and due diligence

Manage RERA, stamp duty & property registration-related matters

Coordinate with external lawyers and legal counsel

Liaise with government and registration authorities

Maintain legal records, contracts & compliance documentation

Assist with property-related disputes and legal matters

Provide legal support and risk assessment to internal teams

Stay updated with real estate laws and regulatory requirements

Handle and interpret property-related documents in Gujarati & English

Requirements

LLB mandatory





3-5 years of relevant legal experience

Experience in Real Estate / Property / Infrastructure / Construction preferred Strong knowledge of Property Law & RERA.

Experience with MoUs, NDAs, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements & property documentation.

Knowledge of Stamp Duty & Registration Laws

Strong Gujarati legal drafting knowledge is mandatory

Ability to read, understand and draft legal/property documents in Gujarati.

Good English communication and legal drafting skills

Strong negotiation and coordination skills
