We are looking for a dedicated Educational Counsellor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will help students make informed decisions about their educational paths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Guidance: Assist students in understanding various academic programs and career options available to them. This includes providing detailed information on courses, colleges, and entrance exams.
- Personalized Counselling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to discuss their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized educational plans to reach these objectives.
- Follow-up Communication: Maintain regular communication with students to track their progress and provide ongoing support throughout their educational journey.
- Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and parents about the latest trends in education and career opportunities.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of counselling sessions and maintain a database of student profiles and progress.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in , , , , BDS, ,
or and have 1 to 5 years of experience in educational counselling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with empathy and the ability to connect with students. Proficiency in using technology for data management and the ability to conduct presentations is necessary. The candidate should exhibit a proactive approach toward student support and be comfortable working collaboratively with other team members. A female candidate is preferred for this position.
