Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting works at project sites. The role involves site execution, contractor/consultant coordination, drawing & BOQ review, quality inspection, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely completion of MEPF works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise MEPF site execution and installations

Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and site teams

Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting works

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

Check material quality and contractor work

Assist in quantity estimation and bill verification

Prepare DPRs and maintain project documentation





Ensure safety, quality and project timelines

Requirements:

✅ 2-8 years of relevant MEPF site-execution experience

✅ Real estate/construction project experience

✅ Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting

✅ AutoCAD & MS Excel knowledge

✅ Positive site coordination and communication skills
