We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and help maintain high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef: Support the head chef in meal preparation, menu planning, and managing kitchen operations for smooth service.

- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train kitchen team members, ensuring they follow recipes and maintain quality standards to deliver exceptional dishes.

- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes, ensuring consistency and high quality in every dish served.

- Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed on time.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and comply with health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should have a diploma in culinary arts or related fields, along with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Strong culinary skills and creativity in preparing diverse dishes are essential. The ideal Sous Chef will have excellent leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and communicate well with other kitchen staff. Attention to detail and a passion for cooking is crucial, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. Flexibility to work long hours and weekends is expected.
