We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to manage customer relationships effectively. This role involves handling customer queries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining detailed customer records, and ensuring timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, which requires clear communication and effective problem-solving skills. You will address customer queries and resolve complaints, coordinating with other departments as necessary to ensure a smooth experience for our clients. Maintaining accurate customer records is vital, wherein you will input, update, and track customer information diligently. Timely follow-ups with customers will be essential to nurture relationships and ensure customer needs are met.

The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills and the ability to handle customers with care and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Excel is necessary for data management and reporting,



while familiarity with CRM software will help streamline processes and improve efficiency. A graduate degree is required, and candidates should have 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
