As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Test Planning and Strategy: You will develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure our software meets high-quality standards.

- Test Case Development: Your role will involve creating detailed test cases based on requirements and specifications to verify functionality and performance.

- Automation Testing: You will design and maintain automated tests to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, reducing the time taken for regression testing.

- Defect Identification and Reporting: You will work closely with the development team to identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved promptly.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and requirements, facilitating better testing and quality assurance processes.

You will contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and practices, advocating for best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and ideally between 0 to 3 years of experience in software testing. Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are expected. Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks will be an added advantage. You should be able to communicate clearly and work diligently in a quick-paced environment.
