We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive to manage and develop relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants and generate sales opportunities through the channel network.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Build strong relationships with Channel Partners.
Generate sales leads and property bookings through the CP network.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and product briefings.
Organize Channel Partner meets and engagement activities.
Coordinate on inventory, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
Follow up on leads generated through Channel Partners.
Support Channel Partners in closing sales.
Track CP-generated leads, bookings, and sales performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM,
and Finance teams.
Ensure timely processing of Channel Partner commissions and documentation.
Requirements
Robust networking and business development skills.
Knowledge of real estate sales and market trends.
Target-oriented and comfortable working under pressure.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial real estate sales is preferred.
