Key Responsibilities:

Record and categorize sales, expenses, invoices, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements accurately and regularly.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting tools.

Communicate with clients regarding billing, payments, and account-related questions.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience (required).

Robust understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet applications.





Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with other accounting software is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
