We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and managing the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.

* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

* Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.





* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, or similar platforms.

* Knowledge of B2B sales and IT service sales.

* Understanding of cloud technologies or big data solutions is an added advantage.
