We are World Trek India, a fast-growing startup in the travel and tourism industry. We are expanding our ground operations and looking for highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team in Delhi-NCR.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
Market Visits: Travel across assigned areas in Delhi-NCR to meet potential clients directly.
Pitch & Close: Explain our travel packages, handle customer queries, and close deals on the spot.
Lead Generation: Build your own pipeline of clients and generate new business locally.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly sales targets and report daily progress to the Sales Manager.
What we are looking for:
A never-give-up attitude and a solid hunger to earn incentives!
Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis (having a two-wheeler is a big plus).
Freshers with supreme confidence or candidates with 6-12 months of field sales experience can apply.
