We are seeking a dedicated Chief Cook to join our team in Pune, India. This full-time position requires a male candidate with 1 to 3 years of cooking experience and a minimum education level of 12th pass.

In this role, the Chief Cook will be responsible for maintaining high food standards and managing kitchen inventory. The candidate should possess excellent cooking skills, particularly in preparing Rajasthani, Punjabi, and Maharashtrian dishes. You will oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring that all meals are prepared consistently and meet quality expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing a variety of traditional dishes while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.

- Maintaining kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and appropriately stocked.

- Upkeeping cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

- Monitoring food safety practices and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

The ideal candidate should have skills in traditional Indian cooking, kitchen management, and food safety standards.



You must be able to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate well with kitchen staff.

This is an office-based position, meaning you will work on-site in Pune. A valid driving license is not required for this role, and your main focus will be kitchen operations.
