We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and a strong understanding of financial principles.
Key responsibilities
• Managed day-to-day purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entry posting in Tally and company software.
• Deposited daily cash, cheques, NEFT, and RTGS in the bank.
• Conducted weekly reconciliation of accounts with vendors through email and phone communication.
• Preparations of monthly expense sheet for staff transportation
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in accounting or a related field and possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting financial data accurately and for problem-solving. Attention to detail is critical to ensure that all financial records are correct.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is expected, as these tools are vital for daily tasks. Good communication skills are key for collaborating with team members and presenting financial information clearly. We seek someone who is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a work-from-office environment.
