Sales :

• Handle property enquiries and generate leads through calls, whatsapp, website and other lead sources.

• Understand customer requirements and explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers.

• Follow-up with prospective customers and schedule site visits.

• Conduct regular follow-ups after site visits and convert leads into bookings.

• Achieve assigned sales and bookings targets.

• Maintain and update lead status and sales pipeline.

• Manage the entire sales process from enquiry, registration to post sales support.

• Preparing marketing plans for product awareness

• Maintain reports of walk in customers, receipt, collections, customer database

• Prepare promotion plans timely for building potential leads.

• Identify new markets and business opportunities.

CRM :

• Maintain Customer and booking details.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, projects and site teams.

• Follow-up for payments, KYC and required documents.

• Coordinate for agreement, registration and possession related formalities including preparation of handover kits.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for resolution.





• Maintain customer records and prepare basic CRM/MIS reports.

• Understand client requirements, preferences, budget and project timelines.

• Maintain updated database of clients.

• Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients.

• Handling home loan procedure of clients.

• Gather customer feedback and communicate to respective department.

• Ensure a pleasant customer experience with on time delivery and clear constant communication.

• Managing the collections and recovery of receipts before deadline.

• Ability to analyse data from the CRM to identify trends, generate insights and improve customer experience.

• Manage the society handover procedures.
