The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a graduate y Responsibilities:nn1. Supervise Fabrication Processes: Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards in all fabrication n2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of fabricators, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring teamwork to meet production n3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of fabricated products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications, making adjustments as n4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work setting for all team n5.
