Zonal Head - Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Head to manage and drive business operations across multiple locations within the assigned zone. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of business activities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and monitor sales teams across the assigned zone.

Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement.

Develop recent business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Conduct regular market visits and support the team in improving sales performance.

Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product availability and customer support.





Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Team Management.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned zone.

Experience in retail, B2B, consumer electronics, IT hardware, CCTV, or related industries will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹25,000+ + Travel Allowance + Food Allowance + Incentives
