As an Article Assistant, you may get exposure to:

? Audit & Internal Controls

- Internal Audits, including assignments for listed entities
- Internal control evaluation
- Business process reviews

? Tax & Compliance

- GST compliance and preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
- Tax Audit
- Income-tax return preparation and filing
- Regulatory compliance support

? Finance & Advisory

- Financial Due Diligence assignments
- Accounting and financial statement finalisation
- MIS reporting
- IPO advisory and transaction-related assignments
- Transaction structuring and growth strategy projects

? Client Exposure

- Client coordination
- Understanding business processes
- Working on practical assignments under skilled guidance

? Who We're Looking For

Eligibility:

✔️ CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared

✔️ Strong interest in Audit, Taxation & Advisory





✔️ Good communication and analytical skills

✔️ Working knowledge of Excel and accounting concepts preferred

✔️ Willingness to learn and take responsibility

? Stipend

1st Year: ₹12,500 per month

2nd Year: ₹17,500 per month

As per firm policy and applicable ICAI guidelines.
