Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Front Office Executive to manage the reception area, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of Excel, and experience in inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services professionally
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Maintain office supplies and oversee basic inventory management (tracking, ordering, and replenishment)
Maintain and update data using MS Excel (reports, records, logs, etc.)




Support administrative and HR-related tasks when required
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MS Office tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of inventory management
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and presentable personality
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a front office or administrative role
Basic knowledge of office management procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
