Job Title: AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to build and scale internal AI tooling and workflows that enable teams to use LLMs effectively in their day-to-day work — designing reusable AI skills, agents, and enterprise integrations using Python, TypeScript, Claude, Cursor, and up-to-date LLM technologies. This is not a traditional ML role; the focus is on applied AI — building reliable, composable systems and making those capabilities accessible to non-technical users.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of software development experience with a robust focus on Applied AI
- Solid programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience building and shipping production-grade systems
- Experience with Claude or Cursor AI (Mandatory)
- Experience in modern LLM development tools, building AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and multi-step workflow orchestration
- Experience integrating AI applications with Snowflake, DBT, Slack, Google Drive,



and REST APIs
- Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks, unit testing, regression testing, monitoring, and guardrails for safety and reliability
- Strong understanding of system design, data flow between AI components, observability, debugging, and AI application architecture
- Experience working with modern data platforms and analytics engineering practices, including Snowflake, DBT, SQL, data modelling, and data transformation workflows
- Familiarity with techniques for controlling model behaviour, including structured outputs, function calling, and prompt/version management
- Experience setting up AI development workflows and environments, including prompt iteration, experimentation tooling, and CI/CD for AI systems

Preferred Qualifications

- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or MCP
- Vector Databases
- Finance or Accounting domain experience
