We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of Tally Prime to assist customers with their software-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to Tally software.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot basic software and Tally-related issues.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher candidates with mandatory Tally knowledge can apply.
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime .
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
