Karma Experience is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for generating, maintaining, and analyzing reports, and deriving actionable insights from data. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI, along with the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Analyze data and generate actionable insights for business teams.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from databases.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI for tracking key business metrics.
Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Automate reports using advanced Excel functions and Power BI wherever possible.
Coordinate with different teams to gather required data.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2 years of relevant experience as Data Analyst.
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating data from databases.
Hands-on experience with Power BI for building dashboards and reports.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication skills.
Pay: From ₹26,000.00 per month
