VLH Bansal Motors is looking for a Data Operator with good practical knowledge of MS Excel to manage, update and maintain company data and prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update and maintain daily data in MS Excel.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports and records.
Manage data related to sales, customers, employees and daily operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required.
Check data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
Use Excel formulas, filters, sorting and formatting for effective data management.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required data and reports.
Maintain proper documentation and data records.
Complete assigned data-related tasks within the given timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Excel formulas and functions.
Practical knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting and basic data analysis will be preferred.
Valuable typing and data-entry skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Email Communication.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility
Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant computer knowledge.
Candidates with strong practical knowledge of MS Excel will be preferred.
Freshers with good Excel skills can also apply.

Experience Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
