We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communications, online order processing, and post-sales support. This role requires coordination with India and U.S. teams during U.S. business hours. Candidates should be detail-oriented, qualified, and comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from clients courteously and efficiently
Manage online sales operations (no cold calling; customers place orders through the company’s online store)
Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and provide timely and effective support
Update product pricing in line with the manufacturer’s pricing roadmap
Assist customers with refunds, replacements, and applicable discounts
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, transactions, and order details
Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Work Schedule & Attendance Policy
Saturday and Monday are critical workdays; unplanned absences on these days are not permitted
From November 15th through the first week of February, 100% attendance is mandatory due to peak selling season
During this period, employees may be required to work six (6) days per week based on workload
Extra days worked will be compensated with additional pay
Weekend work may be required as per business needs
Skills & Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Salary will be based on experience and last drawn compensation)
