Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Gather, clean, preprocess, and organize data from various departments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Reporting & MIS: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Data Visualization: Translate complex data sets into clear, visually appealing charts and graphs using tools like Excel or Power BI.
Trend Analysis: Identify data inconsistencies, analyze operational trends, and monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting needs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas).
Familiarity with database querying language like SQL is a solid advantage.
Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Robust analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in data analytics or an MIS executive role. (Freshers with solid project/internship portfolios can also apply).
