Job Summary

Delivery Leadership - Lead end-to-end delivery of Software Testing and Quality Engineering engagements across multiple banking clients.

Responsibilities
Manage projects executed under T&M;, Qualified Services, Managed Services, and Fixed Price commercial models.
Managed the testing and QA resource needs fulfilment for client project needs as per schedule and the quality
Kickstart recent programs/projects for existing and current clients.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with agreed quality standards.
Own delivery governance, project health, risk management, escalation management, and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, automation, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure adherence to delivery KPIs, SLAs, utilization targets, and gross margin objectives.
Monitoring Revenue Leakage and GM improvement.
Working with Finance on billing and invoicing issues, Resource planning, coordinating with RMG & TA.

Quality Engineering Leadership
Provide technical leadership across functional and non-functional testing initiatives.
Drive adoption of automation-first testing strategies.




Contributing on Marketing & white papers.
Promote shift-left testing and Quality Engineering practices.
Ability to guide teams on:
Test Automation
API Testing
Mobile Testing
Test Data Management
CI/CD Quality Gates
DevOps-enabled Testing
Agile Testing practices

AI in Quality Engineering
Stay current with emerging AI technologies impacting Software Testing.
Drive adoption of AI-powered testing accelerators and tools.
Identify practical use cases of Generative AI across diverse areas withing testing life cycle
Enable teams to leverage AI responsibly for improving delivery efficiency and quality.

People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing QA and Quality Engineering teams.
Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and succession planning.
