Position: Delivery Staff
Job Responsibilities
Deliver courier and parcel shipments to customers safely and on time.
Collect shipments from customers as assigned.
Ensure proper handling and security of all parcels during delivery.
Verify customer details and obtain delivery confirmation/signature when required.
Handle cash/collection amounts, if assigned.
Coordinate with the hub/office team regarding delivery status and pending shipments.
Update delivery status in the company system/app.
Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.
Follow company delivery procedures and safety guidelines.
Report any delivery issues, address problems, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements.
Ability to handle parcels carefully and work responsibly.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Working Conditions
Location: Kottayam
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full time
Salary will be based on experience and company standards.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
