Job Summary: 94.3 MYFM seeks an experienced MARCOMM qualified. This role will drive regional level activations, create high-impact campaigns, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and support revenue growth.
Role & responsibilities:
Manage & execute all events/on-ground activities & entire brand communication for entire region
Come up with branding and positioning strategy
Conceptualizing and implementing various ATL BTL activities
Develop effective advertising campaigns
Closing Barter deals
Manage vendors, agencies, and partners for campaigns
Brand building
Work with designers, illustrators to complete the campaign
Brand Promotion
Plan, create and execute periodic online and offline marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance, ROI, and share insights with leadership
