About the Role

We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Associate to support our social media reporting, data management, analysis, automation, and quality-control workflows.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working with data, understands social media platforms, can use spreadsheets and AI tools effectively, and has a strong eye for detail. You will work across reporting, data QC, automation, dashboards, and qualitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and QC social media data across platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Work on recurring social media reports, audits, performance reports, and other data-driven workflows.
- Use Python, Google Sheets/Excel formulas for data cleaning, analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Support and maintain Google Apps Script (APScript) automations and help improve manual workflows through automation.




- Manage internal web dashboards/products and handle minor changes, updates, testing, and QC.
- Work with social media data extraction tools and pipelines such as Supermetrics, Apify, or similar platforms.
- Identify data issues, anomalies, missing information, incorrect links, and other inconsistencies and ensure they are resolved.
- Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative analysis of social media content and identify relevant trends, themes, and insights.
- Create well-structured and professionally formatted reports, documents, and presentations using Google Docs, Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity effectively for research, analysis, automation, troubleshooting, and improving workflows.
- Work with tools such as Cursor or Claude Code is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure reports and workflows are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, operations, data management, MIS, social media analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Python, Google Sheets / Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis.
- Good understanding of data QC and data sanity checks.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive but detail-sensitive workflows.




- Good understanding of social media platforms and their data is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in using AI tools, especially ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Good Google Docs, Slides and PowerPoint formatting skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to learn current tools and workflows quickly.
- Hindi is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Should be a collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership.

Good to Have

- Prior experience working with social media data extraction or reporting pipelines.
- Experience with Supermetrics, Apify, or similar data extraction tools.
- Experience with Python, Google Apps Script / automation.
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools.
- Basic understanding of dashboards, web products, or databases.

Working Style

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.Our work can sometimes involve time-sensitive or urgent reporting requirements. The expectation is that when a genuinely critical requirement comes up, the team is willing to prioritize it and work together to meet the deadline, including outside regular working hours when necessary.
