Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complete MEP functions for real estate projects.
Oversee MEP design, execution, coordination and project delivery.
Manage Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and related services.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and project teams.
Ensure quality, timelines, cost control and statutory compliance.
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and site execution.
Handle MEP planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor management.
Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Candidate Profile:
Only Real Estate industry experience is required.
Relevant experience in MEP project execution and management.
Solid knowledge of building services and MEP coordination.
Positive leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Candidates available for immediate/early joining preferred.
