Role & responsibilities
Manage Day to Day Trouble Shooting& Commissioning of VRV Sites of Channel Partners.
Resolve site-related issues in coordination with dealers, customers, and engineers.
Maintain commissioning records and documentation.
Follow up with dealers for C4C system punching, warranty registration, and call closure.
Ensure smooth coordination with Service and Project teams for successful execution.
Preferred candidate profile
Sound technical knowledge of VRF systems& its commissioning;
Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple sites.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Solid reporting and presentation abilities.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, dealers, and customers.
Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma.
Minimum 7 years of experience in VRF/VRV commissioning.
Preferably below 38 years of age and based in Mumbai.
