This is a contract Senior Technical Specialist role that is a hybrid role. The role is located in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai. The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting
Excellent Communication skills to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical personnel
Familiarity and experience in Technical Support
Customer Service experience
Experience in cloud and DevOps services, data science, AI, big data, and cybersecurity solutions would be beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Required Skills:
Should have Robust Developing, Designing, Database skills for the below Databases.




MS SQL Server • MYSQL • Oracle • Postgres • Redshift • Mongo
Should have Very Solid knowledge on PL SQL Programming
Should have very strong knowledge on Python / Scala
Should have very solid knowledge on PySpark / Scala Spark
Should have strong Data Modelling skills.
Should be able to model the DB for Various business functional datasets.
Should be proficient at All the Data handling services of Azure
