Lead daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Execute production plans in coordination with PPC, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Maintenance.
Manage CNC, Panel Saw, Edge Banding, Drilling, Assembly, Packaging and Dispatch operations.
Monitor manpower deployment, shift planning, machine utilization and production efficiency.
Ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, BOM adherence, and wastage control.
Drive quality compliance, RCA, CAPA, and reduction of rejection and rework.
Lead supervisors, operators, contractors, and shop floor teams.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and OEE improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for seamless manufacturing.
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production MIS through ERP/SAP.
Ensure HSE compliance, PPE adherence, and protected working practices.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
MBA (Operations) preferred.
Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
