Key Responsibilities:
Die Manufacturing &
Assembly
Manufacture and assemble dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures as per drawings and specifications.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs accurately.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards during die making.
Tool Room

Operations
Operate conventional, milling, grinding, lathe, and drilling machines.
Perform fitting, finishing, and alignment of die components.
Ensure proper selection of tools, materials, and machining parameters.
Maintenance &
Repair
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of dies and molds.
Troubleshoot issues related to die performance and take corrective actions.
Modify dies as per production or design changes.
Quality

Control
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
Ensure all tools meet required tolerances and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation of inspection and testing.
Process

Improvement




Suggest improvements in die design and manufacturing processes.
Work closely with production and design teams to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Safety &
Compliance
Follow all safety procedures and tool room standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S) in the tool room.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality systems.

Required Skills &
Competencies:
Solid knowledge of die making, tool room practices, and machining processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Hands-on experience in conventional machines
Knowledge of materials, heat treatment, and tolerances
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and precision-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
